How do I set up alternating graphics on my Home Page?

I have visited web sites where a graphic is shown on the Home Page and then
if I come back to the web site a few minutes later, a new graphic has
replaced the first one I saw. There seems to be a pattern of several
graphics alternating on the Home Page each time I visit the web site. Any
help available?
