How do I set up an Auto-running presentation with Hyperlinks.

How do i set up or program (if that might be the right word) an Auto-running
presentation using Hyperlinks in such a way that one slide is the "main menu"
or "main slide" of which i'll always have it come back to this "main slide"
with different topics, so to say, without clicking the mouse or using the
keyboard? For example; the main slide having the topics: News1, News2, News3,
and News4 of which i would like to program or set up this presentation so
much so that when it starts, the contents of "news1" are displayed from News1
which are hyperlinks with other slides or presentations, and haven gone
through the hyperlinks of "news1" i'll like to have it come back to the "main
slide" which contains the News1, News2, News3, and News4 which will further
go automatically to the second item, News2 whose hyperlinks will also be
displayed. So, this set up should continue to the last item, News4 and back
to "main slide" repeating the whole process again.

I do really hope i was able to distinctly pose it in a way anybody out there
is able to understand what i am anticipating to come out with. Its really
brian-storming, i suppose.

i will appreciate any efforts from anybody who's got hints for me.

You are confusing me. A self running presentation is not driven by
hyperlinks which of course require a mouse click.
