how do i set up an automated mail reply with attachment name in o.

Im trying to set up a automated reply to any emails I get, if these have an
attachement, I would like to specify the attachment name in the reply.In
Outlook 2002, Ive looked around rules and alerts, but to no avail.

Help appreicated.
