How do I set up an image for an Avery form (8163)?

I am trying to use the Avery form no. 8163 to print labels. I have the art
sized and ready, but am having difficulty transferring multiple images to a
Print proof sheet. I am doing it 'cut and paste' and somewhat awkwardly. Is
anyone familiar with using forms (especially this one...it has 2 columns of 5
labels each) and can tell me the 'trick' to setting up this job?

I gather that you want a different image on each label, rather than all the
same. In that case, you have three choices:

- Copy and paste as you're doing now.
- Click in each cell and use Insert > Picture > From File to select and
insert the correct image.
- (Recommended) Set up a mail merge and merge the images to labels. The
article http://www.gmayor.com/mail_merge_graphics.htm explains how.

Also see http://www.gmayor.com/graphics_on_labels.htm for more help. Be
aware that the step in that article that has you select the whole table and
paste _won't work for 8163 labels_ because there's a narrow center column as
a spacer that shouldn't have anything in it.

The macro at the end which uses the propagate function should work with such
labels.
