How do I set up an Object State Change Behavior Diagram in Visio?

I am trying to develop State Change / Behavior Diagrams for Business Objects
and include relationships with other Business Objects. Has anyone else done
this in Visio? What template base should I start with?

If you really mean "Business Objects" then you should be asking SAP!
Other than that you should probably be looking at UML.
