How do I set up an RSS FEED in a page using Frontpage?

I am wanting to set up a News letter within my site. I cannot figure out how
to create an RSS Feed within the page so that it will be picked up by the
readers when it is updated. I have been checking around and can not seem to
get a straight and simple answer from anyone. Any help would be appreciated.

The straight and simple answer is that there are no straight and simple
means to do so just yet for those whose technical skills are limited to
pushing buttons.
