How do I set up arrows behavior in Visio?

I used to use the keyboard's arrows in order to move shapes.
Suddenly the keyboard's arrows just move the full page.

Can you tell me how to set this behavior?

Hi Tami!

If you have no shapes selected, the arrows move the page.

If you have shapes selected, the arrow-keys move the shapes!
