How do I set up automatic accept replies for a Calendar Resource?

Selina

I am the owner of may Resource Calendars in Outlook and haven't figured out
how to set up automatic replies to send to users to reply whether the
appointment was accepted or declined. I don't want to go in manually to
reply.

Help!

If you have the calendars set up for direct booking, users will automatically get a message when they book the calendar as a Resource attendee.

Here are two good resources for information on how to do it (without using
auto-script)

I've downloaded and installed the Microsoft Auto Accept agent, and it works
fine for me. I suggest you try it.
