How do I set up custom task bars to show different colors in MS P

I'm trying to get MSP to let me set up different color and bar styles for
different tasks but it always wants to change all the bars which defeats my
purpose of the visual.

Hi Rogue,

To change selected bars, choose Format > Bar. You can then edit the colors
and bar text etc. for only the selected bar or bars.

The Format > Bar Styles command changes all bars based upon the definition
of the bar -- "Normal", Critical, Summary, etc.
