How do I set up excel to calculate succesive invoice numbers

Is there a way to enter a formula so that excel automatically calculates
successive invoice numbers?

Do you want to increment Invoice Numbers?

Be careful what you ask for....you may get it<g>

Would you like the number to increase each time the workbook is opened even if
no changes are made?

Would you like the number to change when the workbook is closed, saved or
printed?
