How do I set up group contact in Microsoft Business office?

I am trying to set up group contacts in Microsoft Business Office.
I finally was able to create a name for the group, such as "Media", but I am
unable tro input addresses.
I would like to set these up so that I can send for press releases and
meetings and such.
