How do I set up keys in outlook for ex. specific title under F7?

I always use same titles or subject on my email. How can I set up keys with
different titles, so that by pressing a button it comes up with a whole tilte?
For example if I press key F7 I want it to come up with "Sulphur 2006
International Conference and Exhibition", F8 I want "STainless Steel 2006
Hotel Booking Form", and things like this...
I would like to use these preset keys in both Outlook and Word.
