How do I set up mail addresses for envelopes. Had business offic.

With old computer we had office business 97 and used the addresses to print
envelopes. Worked really good since just click on the book and each address
would pop up as you start typing. Cannot figure out how to do this with xp
office. Say no entries, etc.
