I am doing alot of travelling across different time zones but am unable to
set meetings in my diary in local time. If I change my clock on my laptop
then it alters all existing meetings by the number of hours I have changed.
Additionally if I am based in the UK and issue a meeting request for 4pm (UK
time) to someone based in New York it will not convert to 11am NY Time.
Is there anyway to link meeting to GMT so that it converts to the correct
local time when I travel?
