How do I set up memos in Outlook

Outlook Express had a section called Memos. Outlook does not have this.
Has anyone figured out a way to incorporate Memos in the Outlook system???

You can create Notes in Outlook. New-> Note
I don't think OE has a "Memos" option though. It must have been something
you added by a 3rd party tool.
