How do I set up messenger in Outlook2003 ?

I followed the on-line help... Tools...Options...Other... checked both boxes
at bottom for Name tags etc. Messenger still wont appear.

What behavior do you expect from it? The Messenger integration places the
Messenger logo in front of the "From" field of received messages and enable
you to IM with them when they are online.
