How do I set up multiple meetings in a block of time?

I want to block out 3 hours on my calendar in 30 minute increments and have
several people select a time and book thier meeting time during that block.
(ex: Jim sees that 8:30 to 9 is available, Betty selected 10 to 10:30). Can
Outlook do this? Thank you!
