how do I set up my e-mail account. my ISP is comcast

I have never been able to configure Outlook even with the "wizard" to help.
I am not a stupid person, so what am I missing?

Scroll down, find the Outlook section, click for your version... They have
step by step directions there with pretty pictures and everything. <g>
