How do I set up my local XP Pro server to host a remote client?

I just set this up and can now host a local web site via http://localhost/index.html and the FP extensions work OK
I understand that my local server can also serve remote clients, so that I can show off my web site, as it develops. I can't find any instructions on how this is done. I'm Running XP Pro with IIS 5.1 and FP Extensions 2002. A couple of days into this and geting nowhere
Any help will be much appreciated
