How do I set up my mdb database with the correct permissions for .

I am developing a web database application and have a problem using the
INSERT and UPDATE function on my test machine - I am told I do not have the
corect permissions. The application is written in ASP and the database is an
MDB created using ACCESS. However when I upload the application and database
to the server I will be using I have the correct permissions. Can anyone
give a way of setting up my test machine to do the testing fully.
