How do I set up my multiple companies in BCM?

I have three companies that have completely different clients. How can I set
up multiple companies in business contact manager with it's own unique
databases for each group?

You can switch databases in BCM.

Or you can create three different Outlook Mail Profiles, and set each
one to use a different BCM database. Set Outlook to prompt you for the
profile to use when it starts up.
