how do I set up no default email

We have several emails addresses on one computer and which ever email is
selected as the default one gets it name printed at the top of every email we
print. How do I set Outlook express to have no default email or stop
printing the name of the default email? It has the defaults name at the top
of the email with a black bar under it followed by the regular to/from block
with the actual sent to email in it. Thanks
