How do I set up Outlook 97 email?

Need Help Fast

I have been trying to set my emal up for some time.

Outlook is asking me for server information and Incoming POP 3 information
and outgoing SMPT info that I no nothing about.

No one here has that information. You will need to get it from whoever is
