I have a new computer and I want to transfer my old emails and the folders

Outlook items are saved in a personal folder (*.pst) providing you are not on
an Exchange Server.
The personal folder (*.pst) needs to be copied to the other computer. You
can do this by exporting and importing the personal folder. Export the
personal folder to a floppy, CD-RW or share the computers and then import it
on the new computer.

Hi,
you have to search your pst file on your current computer and burn it on a
cd,
after that set it back in the default folder on your new computer, be sure
that the write protection is enabled.

Actually, export/import is not the best way - some data/information will be
lost. It's much better to just close Outlook completely & copy the existing
PST file - and set up the new computer to use that file as a default.
