How do i set up so that my shaw email gets transfered to outlook?

With my old Outlook, everytime I opened it. My email from shaw would transfer
over, so that i wouldn't have to open shaw website. How fo i do it with the
new Outlook.

You probably need to set up an account in Outlook. Check with "shaw" as to
what type of accounts they support and the required settings.

Did you bother to look at Shaw's Help pages? I don't use Shaw at all, but
it toook me only ten seconds to find this:
