How do I set up traffic light indicators in a Gantt chart?

I wish to set up red,yellow,green indicators in a field in a Gantt chart to
highlight tasks that are slipping by say 5% for yellow and 10% for red.
Does anyone know if this is possible and if so, how to do it?
