We have 5 users of BCM and each one sets up their own categories for
contacts. We need all the identical categories shared by all users. Is
there a way to set these categories universally so each user sees the same
categories from which to choose?
The only way I can do it now is to go to every user and set up the identical
categories and hope they don't change them.
