I think that they are separate commands
and not like emails, whereas you can spell
check before sending.
However, you might want to try reset
your mindset by using a different kind
of printer before using the one that prints
a hard copy.
If you use a pdf printer and set it as
your default printer, then you will
print your document to a disk file
instead of paper.
If your system is configured properly
for using pdf, then the pdf file will
display on your screen exactly as it
would appear on paper.
You will then have the opportunity
to read it and check out the overall appearance.
Afterwards you can then print it to the printer
from the pdf viewer or go back to the document
in word and modify it accordingly.
Primo pdf and Foxit reader
are the 2 freeware versions
of the tools for the method above.
However, you can buy Acrobat full
version to achieve the same results
as well.
Unfortunately, if the above technique
still cannot provide you with the
opportunity to slow down and a second
chance before committing your
mistakes to paper, then......
