Open up your Tasks folder. Click File | Folder | Properties for "Tasks" |
Select the "Permissions" tab and allow access to those individuals in
question. You will also have to do the same procedure for 'Outlook Today'
folder and any other 'parent' folder in the Outlook tree. From the other
user's workstation, they can click File | Open | Open Other User's Folder
.... and type in the user name and folder they want to look at. Be careful
not to give out too much permissions or to give access to the wrong folder.
