how do i show the tracking tab in outlook 2003 sent items folder

I have the same issue. My coworkers can see their's but I can't see mine.
Office help says that it should be there, but it isn't. How do I 'turn' it
on?

The Tracking tab doesn't appear until you open the Read Receipt. I also have
a few options checked under Tools, Options, Tracking Options: Process
Requests on responses on arrival, Process receipts on arrival and under For
All Messages I sent, request Read Receipt.
