How do I solve the "Enter Network Password" problem I have in Out.

I am currenlty using Outlook to retrieve my Yahoo mail. Just recently a
window keeps popping up with "Enter Network Password". I have ffound an
article on Microsoft #290684 and followed the steps given however I still
have the problem....any suggestions as to what I can do now?
