Hi - I have v.annoying problem , we have hundreds of reports generated at the school each term and we have
an excel template with the sheet protected which works great (the teachers can't expand the cells and make the
report move onto 2 pages when printing and of course they can't edit the headers and fixed text) they simply "tab"
around the cells to the subjects they can edit.
However the auto correct & spell check do not work in this mode - if I unprotect the spreadsheet - bingo - the
worksheet will spell check - problem is the user then can muck up everything else.
How do I get spell check to work (not greyed out on the tool bar) when a sheet is protected.
