I have a problem with the access databases and outlook 2000 after updating
with office update to all the latest patches (running windows XP Home, also
up to date).
After trying to install and run some ad-in forms (3rd party), out look tells
me "Cannot start the Expression Service) The expression Service may not be
installed. This may be fixed by running detect and repair"
I did this, but it did not fix anything.
It also seem to block some of my other programs that use access databases,
saying all of a sudde "You cannot use a database created by a previous
version" !!!???
What happened, and there is no information anywhere on Microsoft web, about
expression service
