How do I Start Word with zoom set to "page width"?

I prefer to work in Word with view set to "Print Layout"
and the zoom set to "Page Width". In Word 2000, my
documents automatically opened in this format. However,
since upgrading to Word 2002, I have been unable to set
this as my default format. Word 2002 apparently sets the
page width to 150% by default. I find having to change
this for each new document very annoying.
