How do I stop a repeating email in Outlook?

I keep receiving the same email message over and over, everytime I open
Outlook. This does not happen with any other email messages. I tried to use
a rule to automatically delete the message, but I still get notified that I
have new mail. Is there some way to stop this?

If your ISP provides web access to your mailbox, use that to delete the
offending message.

Email help please

I need the step by step directions to stop an email that I sent once, but the
receiver got it 80 times.

That is your Anti Virus that is causing it. Disable the in and outgoing email scanning. You might need to uninstall your AV and then re-install without the email integration(scanning)
