How do I stop a reset in outllook every time I close the program?

Remembering names in email address.

When addressing an email with a name...it will remember that name as long as
I don't close Outlook....how do I stop it from resetting each time the
program is closed?

This is a symptom of a damaged mail profile. Create a new one.
