We have a copier setup to print double sided and staple automatically.
Whenever I print my reports from Microsoft Access, the program spools the
print job as a single document and sends it to the printer. So if I would
like 2 copies of a 3 page report, Access creates the copies and sends them to
the printer as a single 6 page document rather then a 3 page document with
two copies.
This means that if there is an odd number of pages the report will print
page 1 of copy 2 on the back of page 3 of copy one. It then staples the whole
print job together, rather then individual copies. This means I end up having
to create pdf's to print multiple copies which is time consuming and
annoying. I do not have this problem on any other Microsoft Application.
