How do I stop Addresses from Automatically Populating in mydocument

I have a new document where I type the word Francisco and then hit return.

The document automatically changes Francisco, into "Francisco Hernandez" a
guy in my address book, and puts a dotted pink line below the name.

Why is this happening and how do I turn it off!!

Is it flashing a yellow AutoComplete tip on the screen before you hit
return? If so, it's a "contacts" related option under Tools | AutoCorrect,
AutoText tab.

There's a lot of checkboxes in that dialog it's worth being familiar with,
by the way, similar to the prefs dialog.
