How do I stop "@CHECK++" at the start of a incoming Email

[The foolish one!!!]

I have done something wrong in outlook. All my Email replies have in the
subject line "@CHECK++ ", " @SPAM+++" or "@WL Read". What do I need to
correct? Thank you anyone who can advise.

Looks like something either your mail server is doing or some anti-spam
software you've installed on your machine
