How do I stop getting emails to my old email address?

I am still getting email addresed to my old email address (especially junk &
spam). How do I delete all my old email addresses?

spammers will never stop - remove the acct from your outlook profile and you
won't have to deal with it. Go to tools, accounts and delete the accounts
you now longer want.

If those are "old" e-mail accounts (which presumably means you are NOT
using them anymore) then why are you polling those old accounts in
Outlook? Why did you leave the old accounts still defined in Outlook?
Why do you care about e-mails delivered to an account that you
abandoned? And why did you abandon the old accounts instead of closing
them?
