How do I stop incoming email to a backup computer

I have a backup computer that I need to be able to SEND email from
occasionally but I do not want to RECEIVE to (incoming email is downloaded to
my primary computer). How can I set my outlook to allow outgoing emails but
not incoming?

Set your send/receive setting to not receive for that account;
Tools-> Options-> tab Mail Setup-> button Send/Receive-> button Edit...

Set the incoming server name to mail (or nomail). Then set that account to
not check for new mail in the Send and Receive settings.
