On all 3 sites you are using VML (word/shape art)
- only supported by IE
- uses absolute positioning (not cross browser/platform supported)
Build your pages in tables and use plain images
PS
- the pages also have content from MS Word w/ its code that is not globally supported
- you are using non-std fonts that will not be available to others
