How do I stop moving items...

I have published several sites, and on all of them, some of the items on each
page move around, depending on the computer used...how do I stop that?

Sounds like you're using tables set at a percentage width, which causes them to change size at
different screen resolutions.

sounds like you're using absolute positioning, rather than using tables to
lay out your pages.

On all 3 sites you are using VML (word/shape art)
- only supported by IE
- uses absolute positioning (not cross browser/platform supported)

Build your pages in tables and use plain images

PS
- the pages also have content from MS Word w/ its code that is not globally supported
- you are using non-std fonts that will not be available to others
