How do I stop my text box from getting cut off in Publisher?

I have a booklet and on the left page the left margin of the page is either
not being adjusted or something else I cannot figure out. I have adjusted
the layout guides to the edge of the page and the text box is definitely
inside the layout guides. I can't seem to figure it out.

Look at the documentation of your printer to see what the margin limitations are.
