How do I stop Office reinstalling every time a user logs on?

The problem is with a roaming mandatory profile, and the version of Office is
2003.

There's a registry hack you can use to stop the reinstallation process
when using multiple versions of Office. Now, granted, I'm not sure if
this same fix will stop the problem for you cos' I've never tried it
with roaming profiles...but it's worth a shot.
