how do I stop Outlook 2002 copying emails into all my mailboxes o.

I have more than one email address with my ISP, using the same logon address.
Oulook 2002 seems to be copying emails recieved on one address to all the
others on receipt. ( I have checked with my ISP that only one copy of each
email is available at their end).

Outlook will download all the mail in the ISP mailbox. Use rules to sort it
into specific folders.
