how do i stop Outlook from crashing with user32.dll message when .

My copy of outlook 2003 crashes out with problems relating to user32.dll when
amending items in dialogue boxes, forms, options etc. I have tried repairing
the application, removing COM add-ins, reinstalling the software but I am
still getting the error message.
