How do I stop people seeing who else is on my distribution list

I don't want people on a distribution list to see who else is receiving the
same emails. Anyone know how to hide them

Add them to the BCC field instead of the To or CC field.

In Outlook, you'd hit New to start a new message, then View | BCC Field.
