How do I stop read receipts on my Outlook 2007 sent mail?

I've gone to tools>options>email options>tracking options, and nothing is
checked. I do not ask for anything special when I send, but sometimes I get
random read receipts. It also happens sometimes when I send from my
Blackberry. Any ideas on how to stop it?
