How do I stop text from stretching width of "box" in Frontpage?

This picture is what my page looks like normally, but for some reason when I
type something, an reach the end of the box Instead of just going to the next
line it stretches.(It happens even after I press enter). Here's an example.

So How do i stop it from doing that is my question.

thats because you have a long string of unbroken characters, put a space in
there and it may help.

It doesn't matter if there were spaces or not. It stretches the whole box
thing.

Hyperlinks will not break/wrap, even with spaces in a table cell. You need to assign the link to
some text or image, etc.
