How do I stop the 'end ' times displaying in Outlook Calendar?

What version of Outlook are you using?
Which Calendar view are you using?

You may be able to go to View->(Arrange By->)Current View->Customize Current
View, click on Other Settings and uncheck the Show end Time checkboxes.
